Jai Maa Dewri

Dewri Mandir is a very old temple of Goddess Durga. The main attraction is that the idol have 16 Hands (Normally Goddess Durga have 8 Hands). It is an ancient Mandir and It was renovated few years back. The ancient mandir was constructed by interlocking stones without using chalk or binding material. This temple is also known as, Mata Dewri Diri in tribal Bhumij Munda languages.

Monday- Sunday

  • 1. Temple's Pat opens at 4:00 AM. Aarti takes place from 4:30 AM to 5:00 AM and Puja starts.
  • 2. Temple's Pat closes at 11:45 AM. Puja restarts at 12:30 PM after Aarti and bhog
  • 3. Temple's Pat closes at 8:00 PM for the day after evening Aarti at 7:00 PM
